JDZ Projects is a boutique property development company based in Melbourne.

Managing Director, Jeremy De Zylva has over 13 years experience in residential property development in Melbourne & South East Queensland and has private & public company experience including senior development roles at Mirvac Group & Macquarie Bank's Medallist Developments, where he was Victorian State Manager. 

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and has extensive experience in the acquisition and development of residential development projects including residential golf communities and masterplanned/integrated housing communities. 

JDZ Projects brings a unique skills set and in depth industry knowledge and experience to it's development projects and is a forward thinking, solutions based development manager.
